Morning,
I just had a bowl of oatmeal and a banana. That seems to fill me up til lunch. What do you all have for breakfast? I try never to miss because if I do I'm starving by lunch then over eat. My total weight loss is 10 lbs since Nov. It seems pretty slow to me but thats ok, maybe I will keep it off better. Have a great day everyone!
