This is the Dad to the sanguinea seedpod. He's outside for now. Mom's inside warm and dry (as it should be)

Wow! is he still blooming now? Very pretty. I'm hoping I get some where with my sangs this year. Did you start him from seed or a cutting? My seeds are just starting to come up now.

Just beautiful!!!!

I've got to learn how to grow one of these. I have what I think is the red one, but just at seedling stage. How long does it take to get these to bloom? I know I'm probably going to have to raise it in the house during the heat of summer. Just don't know enough about this variety.

I have 3 like this - they all bloomed heavily from June until they came into the GH. Now they bloom sparsely. Dad was cut back a bit, the others I'm letting bloom through the winter. I pollinated again before Xmas and have another seedpod swelling (8 more months of waiting - sigh)
Mom is blooming right now. If I can get some flava pollen from brugcrazy I'll try that on her.
Believe it or not I got lucky and found gallon sized plants locally last spring.

Arlene, you can see one in person when you come to the West Coast and visit one day.

I have four little seedlings out of 5 seeds. I sent Stormy the other 5 and wonder how they are doing. Anybody heard from her lately?
