I can't believe nobody has started this for today yet.
I've done real well today. I picked Sundays to do my weighing and stuff as it's a little more relaxed and I'm not so apt to just ignore it or not do it, and then try to justify not doing it because I was too busy. This was the first day that I've weighed and it was truly a horrifying experience! I have lots of incentive to stick with this now.
Went to the grocery store yesterday and loaded up on salad fixins and lo cal items. I forgot to get the cabbage for the soup though, so that might have to wait.
