I am new to linux (Red Hat 7.2) and DSL. My best download speed seems to be about 88KB/s. This seems low to me but the problem could be on either end.

Is there a site or a tool that can better inform me of what is happening?

During the install Verizon told me that I had very good download speeds with no errors at the box outside my house. The service is from DirecTVDSL so Verizon does not check inside the house.
