Crestedchick,
I'll adopt one of those lil babies. I need something to do. I stepped in a pothole, twisted my ankle, tore the ligaments in my knee and pulled a muscle in my calf. I have to stay off my leg and go for physiotherapy. So nothing to do here except elevate my leg with ice to reduce the swelling. I can babysit your lil babies and feed them fertilizer juice.

Joydie, so sorry to hear you are hurt. Take care and be better by spring!!

Jodie,
Better stay off that foot so you can get better and get back to your gardens.

Cala and Glory,
Thanks for the get well wishes. Well so much for my greenhouse. The wall framing is up and that's it. Everything is on hold now and I really needed the extra space. I'm going to have to convert the spare bedroom to growing space. In the meantime I'm struggling to keep up with watering all of my plants.

I have a law suit filed against the city as the pothole was on city property. Maybe this will all turn out in my favour.

CC,
Staying off my legs is driving me crazy. The last time I had to do this was when I was pregnant with my son and had to be on complete bed rest for my ENTIRE pregnancy. By the time I delivered him I had knitted enough sweaters to last his until he was 3 years old. Half of them he never even got to wear as I had knitted him so many. Everyone who came to visit kept bringing me baby wool so I just kept knitting.

Who else besides you, Orphanannie and Starzz lives in the Golden Horseshoe region? It would be nice for all of us to meet in May.
