If you're asking about something called Cassabanana, I got some seeds in trade a little while back. The lady they came from seemed to think they were worth it, but she suggested that I start them indoors because she said they needed a long growing season to produce ripe fruit. I don't think they're edible---there sure were a lot of seeds in the pack she sent me! She said it is a vine, and needs a pretty strong something to climb on.

I can't get to the sites...

Sure I know ornamental banana but haven't everr heard of annual one. I got some Cassabanana seeds from Ukraina. Will try them this summer =)
