This is the first day of business for most places so we are off to town. First stop is the bank and then our internet server to pay our bill so I won't lose Dave' Garden. Then off to Lowe's for a new pulley for that attic door. Jack didn't think to have me get another one yesterday. I would rather he be there to select it anyway. I think we'll check up on Shad's computer while we're in town. One less thing to do tomorrow.
It turned out that all our cordless kitchen phone needed was new batteries and the contacts cleaned really well. We had been without a cordless phone since about mid-deer season about 6 weeks ago. What a thing to have to go without! LOL We Americans are so spoiled. 95% of the rest of the world's population don't even have access to a telephone of any kind.
I have a favor to ask of anyone living in California or Florida or anywhere else in the United States where sandals are still being worn this time of the year. Shad needs a pair of sandals in men's size 14 extra wide. They need to be made of that tire like stuff so we can wash them in the machine and use bleach on them. He wants a strap across the back and a couple wide straps across the front & top with velcro to hold them closed. We can't get them here this time of the year. He has a problem with sweaty, smelly feet that develop a fungus if he wears the usual vinyl or leather type closed shoes. I don't really want him running around in his socks because he gets them so dirty & he doesn't want to go barefoot. He out grew his last pair of sandals.
Well, Jack is ready to go to town.
GOD bless and keep all of you.
