Preheat oven 375 degrees.
Lightly grease large cookie sheet
Layout 48 club crackers (4 rows end to end)
Bring 1 1/2 Cups butter (3 sticks)& 1 1/2 Cups brown sugar to boil. Boil for 1 minute.
Pour butter/sugar over crackers & spread evenly.
Bake for 8 minutes.
Sprinkle 12 oz. bag of milk chocolate chips (not semi-sweet) over hot crackers/caramel mixture.
Let melt & spread evenly.
Sprinkle with chopped English walnuts.
Let cool and break into brittle.
Tastes just like Heath Bars.
Definitely NOT low fat.
