A potential trader from UK told me I must have import license to trade seeds with her. I get the license from USDA Agriculture and Plant Health Inspection Service, send her a copy of it, then she takes that to her Post Office and will be allowed to send seeds. She must do the same to receive seeds from me. She got this info when she went to her PO to send me some seeds.
Anyone have any info on this?? Are you trading to the UK or other countries? Thanks.
Import license??
I sent out seeds yesterday to the US and had no request for this paper (as yet).
yes, it's true as far as your importing seeds from her effective 1-22-02, not sure of the other way around. do a search on 'phyto' and you'll come up with some threads where this is discussed. bummer, huh?
Someone posted this link on another trade site. Hope it helps.
