a source for purchasing or maybe trading for "President" tomato seeds. Prefer to keep the purchasing sources within the US. The places I found in Canada are way to expensive.

Have you tried Totally Tomatoes? I don't know that they have this one, but they have more kinds than you can shake a stick at!
I've only been able to find them in Canada, but the shipping is way out of site. 2 pkts of seed plus shipping came to $8.50. I don't need them that badly.
