Good Morning Farmers

Brrrrr these past two weeks have been cold for Hampshire, yesterday was thick with ice, January and February will be the worst weather months here. Last night was cloud cover so no ice this morning thankfully.

There is a surprising amount of grass still on the ground but most of the local farmers have bought the animals in just the same. At least the animals in the New Forest will have some extra time to fatten before the weather really hits.

I don't often write to the journal but I often read it. I would like to take the oppourtunity to thank you all for sharing parts of your life with us everyday.
