Bean seeds gone from my garden?

So I planted some bush bean seeds 11 days ago. They never sprouted so I went rooting around in the dirt to see what was happening and they are gone! No bean seeds at all. I have a 3 foot fence so it was not rabbits. What happened to my bean seeds? https://100001.onl/

Birds are often the culprit when seeds disappear. Rabbits will eat sprouts...birds will also eat sprouts, but they will dig for seeds as well.
