CHRISTMAS CAKE
Ingredients
1 cup of water
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup of sugar
1 tsp salt
1 cup of brown sugar
lemon juice
4 large eggs
nuts
1 bottle Tequilla
2 cups of dried fruit
Sample the tequilla to check quality.
Take a large bowl,check the tequilla again. To be sure it is of the
highest quality, pour one level cup and drink.
Repeat .
Turn on the electric mixer.
Beat one cup of butter in a large fluffy bowl. Add one teaspoon of
sugar.
Beat again.
At this point it's best to make sure the tequilla is shtill OK.
Try another cup .... just in case
Turn off the mixerer.
Break 2 leggs and add to the bowl and chuck in the cup of dried fruit.
Pick fruit off floor.
Mix on the turner.
If the fried druit gets stuck in the beaterers pry it loose with a
drewscriver.
Sample the tequilla to check for tonsisticity.
Next, sift two cups of salt. Or something. Who giveshz a (expletive)
Check the tequilla.
Now shift the lemon juice and strain your nuts.
Add one table.
Add a spoon of sugar, or somefink. Whatever you can find.
Greash the oven.
Turn the cake tin 360 degrees and try not to fall over.
Don't forget to beat off the turner.
Finally, throw the bowl through the window, finish the tequilla and kick
the cat.

This one ought to make everything look good. I think I should use it prior to serving Christmas dinner. LOL
I think I need it today. Money woes and too much to do is getting to me. I need one of those expensive lights just for me, to cheer me up. Never mind the plants!! lol

That's it!!! I'm making it tonight and I'm gonna eat the whole thing.
I thought I had the flu last week and have spent the last 5 nights up coughing. Finally went to Drs. today(I hate going to the Drs.)and found out I have Asthmatic Bronchitis.He put me on antibiotics and now I'm just praying that it will be gone by Christmas so DD and family can come for dinner.If I am still sick I don't want her and new baby coming over and catching it.Oh phooey, gimme another piece of that cake.
Snow - take care of that cough - a little hot toddy (or Owen's cake) might do it, or at least you won't care.
