Eaaaaaasy Candy

This taste really good and the kids could help with it.


Peanut Butter Candy

1-3 ounce cream cheese
2 tablespoons cream (canned milk or even milk)
1(1 pound box powder sugar)
Peanut Butter

Mix softened cream cheese with cream, add sugar a little at a time. Roll out on powdered sugar covered board to form sort of a triangle. Spread with peanut butter. Roll up like jelly roll-chill and than slice thin and store in container in fridge.

You could add red or green food color or roll in colored sugar.
