Wifi-operated irrigation system advice required

I am looking for an irrigation system that can be operated remotely from an app. (Not Bluetooth operation). I will be in one country, but will need to activate the system from another country. I don't necessarily need it to have programmed times, because it will be very ad hoc. It is not clear if Gardena systems offer this. Any advice would be great.
