Hummingbirds and Butterflies without bees

I'm not sure if this is even possible but how do I attract hummingbirds and butterflies without bees. Are there any flowers, that hummingbirds prefer but bees hate?

I don't know about flowers, but could you put up a hummingbird feeder? I'm not sure that the bees will be on that if there are flowers around.
