It's a hoax that tells you to look for a file in your C drive and then delete it but don't do it because it is a file that is supposed to be there and is a part of windows.
ahh, s something or other. Always do a search on google or semantecs web site before you fall pray to hoax virus's. Funny thing is though if thats the one from Brazil I think its relatively harmless. Semantec has a fix on their website or just do a search on google for the file and I am sure it will come up.
