What might this be?
Short Horn
It's a March fly (Diptera: Bibionidae). There are species in the genera Bibio and Plecia that can have a similar appearance. For an example of Bibio, see https://colombia.inaturalist.org/taxa/256735-Bibio-superfluus
At least 17 species of bibionids have been reported from Colombia - see https://www.academia.edu/26190284/FAMILY_BIBIONIDAE
Wonderful, thank you very much.
