Looks like an ichneumon wasp - I'll have another look at it tomorrow.

I had been wondeing if it was possibly a lemon tree borer wasp.

Although very similar to yours, notice the difference in the color pattern of their hind legs.
You're right, I see the black and white bands on the bands on the lemon tree borer's hind legs while the wasp I posted and your example both have red hind legs. Thanks for setting me straight. :D
