Looks like a Thuja occidentalis 'Golden Globe' Eastern Arborvitae. I have 3 of them though mine have a tighter globe shape but are just as large as that one. Could be another cultivar. The edges turn gold in late fall and winter then back to green with new growth in spring and summer.
