It's a crab spider (family Thomisidae). There are species in at least three genera that can have the general appearance of you specimen. One possibility is Misumenoides formosipes (whitebanded crab spider) - https://tinyurl.com/bdzzf3vp
This species shows a wide range of individual variation in color pattern.
