My Mama's Pecan Pie.

Villa Rica, GA(Zone 7a)

This makes 2 Deep Dish Pecan pies

6 Large eggs (slightly beaten)
4oz butter (1 stick) Soften
2 Teaspoons of Vanilla
1 1/2 cups of Sugar
1 whole bottle of Dark Kayro Syrup
(you can heat it in the microwave for about 40 sec)
3 Cups of finely chopped pecans
2 9"deep dish pie crust(keep frozen until ready to use)

Mix all together and pour into frozen pie crust,
Bake at 350* for 55-60mins until fork comes out clean.
Cool on wire rack.
Once cool, get a fork and dive in!!
