Can anyone help me identify this tiny beetle on the violet? It was seen at sea level in southern BC by the coast. Thank you in advance for any help!!

Unfortunately, I cannot identify it from this brief video clip. A still image of it in full dorsal view would be more helpful. It appears to be a soft-bodied flower beetle of some kind.
