Found this little fella sitting on a greenhouse mustard plant this morning. He was not very active, but was alive. Not sure if he is friend or foe? Would appreciated any help.

This is a Western conifer seed bug, Leptoglossus occidentalis. These feed nearly exclusively on the sap of conifers, and would not harm anything in your greenhouse. See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Western_conifer_seed_bug for more details.
