It was taken on the southern coast of England this week. I just can’t point my finger to exactly what it is. Can anyone help.

Possibly a weed in the Brassicacea family e.g. Sisymbrium officinale.
The rossettes look very similar.

Thanks suse. Not a definite as it’s to rough to the touch. I was thinking one of the crepis. However you are the first person that has not said a Sow thistle.
