Would this be some type of fly?
Spotted Wings
This is a true fruit fly (family Tephritidae) - see https://colombia.inaturalist.org/taxa/559801-Xanthomyia for an example. Flies in the family Drosophilidae also often are called fruit flies, but they more properly should be called pomace or vinegar flies.
Thank you very much.
