Live in first floor flat. I have no pets or plants. No bites but found 2 of these in traps. Dont think a flea but can anyone pls id

Can anyone ID this
These appear to be hump-backed flies in the family Phoridae; they cannot bite. Their larvae feed on decomposing organic matter, and the flies sometimes may become nuisance pests indoors. Our compost bin appears to have a great attraction for them.
