This seems to be the perfect stage to collect pollen from JO brugmansia.

Good point Calalily. Thats precisely why its best to have 2 of any hybrids one is very serious about hybridizing. You use one hybrid for setting seeds and the other for donating pollen and setting seeds. The one that is just for setting seeds gets a week or so jump start on the other others....
