Rio Red Grapefruit Suddenly Struggling

Planted a Rio Red Grapefruit in the spring of 2021, and it had a great first year. Then all of a sudden this spring it took a sudden downturn and is not doing well at all. I'm feeding and watering it just as I do my other citrus trees.
