I found in my bed, and I have seen a few in my house, hanging using a web thread.
could someone identify this spider
It;s a cobweb/comb-footed spider (family Theridiidae). This is the family to which the black, brown, and red widow spiders belong, but it does not appear to be any of those. The image is not clear enough for me to be confident of a positive identification, but I believe it is most likely in the genus Steatoda, which includes some species known as 'false widow' spiders. These are not dangerous to humans, but some can deliver a painful bite (personal experience).
Hey flapadoodle have a go its about 2-3mm in size and also its got a gloss black abdomen with distinctive red stripe like an Aussie redback its Def a female and it thorax is a medium bottle red and same as its leg which are on the robust side in Long and skinny.
Looking forward to your reply👍
