Thought it was a moth then saw the antennae. What might it be?
Not A Moth
It's a planthopper (superfamily Fulgoroidea); it might be in the family Fulgoridae, but I cannot see the key characters (hind tibia and tarsomeres, and antennal insertion) needed to key it out to family.
