I also cannot recall whether you have posted this one before - it is an ichneumon wasp; all of which are parasitic on other arthropods. Unfortunately, I cannot locate any comprehensive checklist or similar publication dealing with this family in Colombia, so your chances of getting a specific identification are pretty remote.
