I think in some seasons it is seen in the garden. Which is this?

It's in the family Geometridae, an enormous family that includes thousands of species. Although your specimen resembles Chiasmia emersaria (https://indiabiodiversity.org/observation/show/1843327), there are many other species that can have a quite similar appearance.
