The paper work I got from Hodniks had 2 things I don't understand(really I couldn't understand any of it ) One is like a gift certificate looking thing.It says"Votre cheque de fidelite B.P.F. 40,00 " .Then on what looks like a order form ,at the very bottom ,just above the total(total is spelled just like total in our language,see ,who says I can't read french,LOL)It says "Forfait d`emballage et de port COLISSIMO suivi(France metropolitaine uniquement)"then in the gratuit coulum "+69,00" is crossed out and "+150,00" is written in.Now, is this a good thing????Does it mean I have credit???Or does it mean I owe them money???HELP!!!

So that must mean that the shipping is 150,00 FF,but the thing that starts Votre cheque ,it goes on to say "Deduisez contre ce cheque:garante francs " the next line says "resetve pour Vous,client privilegie" its signed and dated and in a small square at the bottom it says" Valable 15 Jours" "A joindre A Votre Commande"(montant minimum de 250 FF hors frais de port) By the way Calla,I'm impressed.Yo're not just some ordinary brugster!!!

I got that thing too.You can be sure it's a credit as we pay by credit card.There is no reason for us to owe anything.I am thinking it's just his way of building good customer relations.
I agree with G2S, I think it's a bonus for being a customer and they want you to order something else. I forgot to mention, won't do any good to email right now. They are closed from the 7th to the 20th.

In Canada, we must by law take French in School because our country is bilingual. What Calalily says is correct. The coupon is just an enticement for future sales. Although I can't remember half of what we were taught, all our packaging is both in English and French and we keep up with it that way. If we don't know, we just go ask our kids

I ordered a catalogue last spring from Hodnik - got this - means if you order within 15 days you get a freebie - They sent Citronella. I was thrilled.
