Annette, did you know I have uploaded a lot of Kelly Griffin (who is the Altman Plants Succulent Plant Development Manager) photos on PFs? Not only does he have amazing cultivars to his name but he travels all over and has the best photos if you are into aloes, agaves etc, in habitat photos. I love all his photos!

Kell, no but I'm gradually discovering all of these wonders of nature - it will take eternity!
I came across your Aloe 'Green Sands' upload - https://davesgarden.com/guides/pf/showimage/434464/ - just fabulous!

LOL That is why I never get sick of plants! It would take an eternity to discover them all. I am presently loving Argentina's natives. They are amazing and so many have views to die for! Like this Anarthrophyllum strigulipetalum.

Beautiful - Patagonia here we come!!! I wish!

Its growth range seems to be in South Argentina. Here's a link to scroll down and view close ups - http://www.srgc.net/forum/index.php?topic=15247.90

Oh my! What a fun site and it has pages of pictures.

I notice Martin Sheader has some of his photos too posted on there. Did you notice his photos of Anarthrophyllum strigulipetalum, same plant that I posted above?

I discovered him a couple of years ago. He has the BEST photos. I tried to get permission to enter his but he said no. I think he said he is writing a book with them. Thanks so much for sharing that link. How funny a Scottish site has so many photos from there. LOL
