Wouldn't have believed it!

I used to be a kitchen gadget freak, but usually found out many of the gadgets weren't as good as the old way I was using. However, I got one of those new microplanes.... WOW! I have seen them used on the cooking channel, but didn't realize just HOW much better they are for zest until I used mine yesterday. I never would have believed how much zest, and how incredibly easy, from one orange. I'll never use my grater for zest again!
