Diabetic Candied Sweet Potatoes

2 cups cooked sweet potatoes(or canned, drained ones)
1/2 cup sugar free pancake syrup
1/2 cup brown Sugar Twin
1/2 cup Parkay oleo spray(fat free kind)
Preheat oven to 325*. Generously butter a casserole big enough to let the potatoes lay in a single layer. Mix syrup, Sugar Twin and oleo spray well and pour over the sweep potatoes. Cover and bake just to heat thru really well. You can also do this in a microwave oven. Serve hot, but they're good cold too. I've also done this with winter squash.
