Diabetic Impossible Pumpkin Pie

Hughesville, MO(Zone 5a)

16 oz. pumpkin(1 can)
12 oz. evaporated milk
2 TBSP. butter or oleo(I use Parkay spray oleo)
2 large eggs or equivalent Egg Beaters
3/4 cup Brown Sugar Twin or Splenda
1/2 cup Bisquick(or Master Mix)
2 1/2 tsp. Pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp. vanilla.
Heat oven to 350*. Grease pie plate. Beat all ingredients in blender or mixer bowl until smooth. Pour into pie plate. Bake until center is firm and knife comes out clean, about 50 -55 minutes.
