6 cups sliced apples-we like a mixture of tart and sweet ones
3/4 cup milk
2 large eggs
1/2 cup bisquick
1 1/2 tsp. Apple Pie Spice mix
2 TBLSP. oleo or butter, softened- I use Parkay oleo spray
1 cup Splenda
Streusel topping- see recipe below
Preheat oven to 325*.Generously butter the bottom & sides of a deep dish pie plate. Cut up the apples in the pie plate.
Beat remaining ingredients until smooth and pour over the apples. Sprinkle streusel ove the top. Bake until knife comes out clean.
Streusel- Mix one cup Bisquick, 1/2 cup finely chopped nuts, 1/3 cup brown Sugar Twin, and 3 TBLS. butter or oleo(or Parkay spray oleo)until crumbly.
Note- I've also added raisins with apples.
