I got this recipe from another site I go to and since it makes such nice gifts I thought I would share it with you folks.

Smelly Jelly

2 cups liquid potpourri
3 pkgs. Knox gelatin
Soften the gelatin in 1 cup of the potpourri, then heat in a microwave or double boiler until completely dissolved. Let it set and cool for a while, then add the other cup of potpourri and stir well. Pour into containers and let set until solid. You can hurry it up by putting it in the 'fridge.
