Ahhh... they look nice Cala. Are those clay pots you have them in? I broke down and set up another light in my basement for my babies.

Poppysue
yes, I do love the clay pots and collect them. These are Italian, they are stronger than the run of the mill Walmart variety. I even have some of the big brugs in 20 and 24 inch clay pots.

Since I don't have a greenhouse setup I had to use my imagination and came up with this. Now don't laugh. I took the electric blanket off the bed and spread it over the kitchen table on low. Then I put cookie sheets on top of the blanket and filled them up with all my pots. I pushed the table closer to the patio doors and that's the best I can do for light. Sounds crazy, I know, but its the best I can do up north here. Annie

Doesn't sound crazy OrphanAnnie. Sounds like a great idea to me. Plus you've been having great weather in Ontario, I hear. Our weather in BC is ok, but could be better. I am lucky and have 2 greenhouses but my electrical bills are huge as I'm running 1000 watt halide lights in one greenhouse so my brugs bloom all winter.
