I have been growing this plant for a couple of years now in my succulent garden. Would like some help to ID. It has round stems with flat segmented leaves. It grows to approximately 1 metre high. It looks like something like sea grass and is right at home in my succulent bed which has a nautical coral garden theme.
Looks like Muehlenbeckia platyclada.
