CLOSED: What bird is this

Cincinnati Ohio. Have seen this perched in my tree above my enclosed duck coop lately. Should I be worried it will harm my ducks when I let them out?

I'm checking as many photos of birds of prey as I can and I can't find this one. It is probably there because of your ducks and would grab one in a second if it could. I would not leave them out without being out with them.

Ok. Did a little bit of research and I'm fairly certain you have a red shouldered hawk. It will eat all of your ducks!
