Seen near river in southern Spain. I think it's a type of Pipit so I assumed Water Pipit but the leg colour is wrong. Maybe a Meadow Pipit?

yes, probably meadow pipit; streaks completely down the flanks, rump plain. Must say the facial lining is quite vague for the average pipit.
