This bird was seen near the water of the sacred cenote at Chichen Itza, Mexico. The pictures are not the best but wondering if anyone out there might have any ideas. In the cenote pic, if you look carefully you can see a dark speck in the bottom left hand corner. The next are zoomed in on the bird from this angle.
