Hey y'all...just met the nicest two ladies you will ever want to meet Roz...our new member and her friend Marie....I was able to share some Brugs with them and a few other things. Since Roz and Marie only live a few miles away from me I'm sure we will become good garden friends.

I was expecting a pic!! last year on GW i met about 6 gardening friends who live close to me, one the nurse at my son's middle school, another whose father i worked with in the 70s. i agree, live is good (when i am not confused).

Talk about a beautiful yard and garden boy, Glory and Bob's place is so nice. Bob built a glider that is to DIE for as well as gazebo, arbors, pond, greenhouse, even a cool dog that can stop UPS trucks! Seriously, my friend, Marie and I had a great visit and Glory was so very generous with her plants. She got us loaded! I told her Marie and I would be in the greenhouse the rest of the day so it was going to be an egg sandwich supper. Thanks again Glory.

Nice to meet you. Gloria is one of the nicest people and you will find that everyone else at DG is just as nice. Such generous people. I don't know if I'll ever be able to re-pay everyone for all they have done for me. Will be looking forward to seeing some of those great plants that Gloria shared with you.

AHA! Just as I suspected --- way too much work to be done by just one man Bob before 5, Ron after 5. Talked to Gloria last week, her husband was putting in a patio went one week later the most beautiful tile or something equally intricate to put in was in perfect place, half the back yard's soil improved, sodded, and an a swooshing flower bed created tilled and mulched WITH a sprinkler system installed--------hey, I have a sneaky suspecion Rob must come aroung on weekends to get all that much work done!!!!! Seriously, Tell Ron I am truly sorry about the wrong name. He really is a wonderful person and I do appreciate the wheelbarrows full he hauled for me. Roz
Also, Glory, do you remember that blue flower in your front flower bed ---- started with a P the first word anyway, just tell me anything that it is and I'll believe it!! Seriously, I told Marie I was going to ask you what was that blue flower she said I cannot believe you are going to do this; then I told her I called Ron "BoB", she said oh well, go ahead and ask, you'll understand.

Roz...You are sooooo funny....the plant you are talking about is Plumbago...come back and get some...I will be cutting it back very soon.
Ron"Bob" is still working around here....yesterday he raked the woods for pine needles....if the weather clears up today maybe I'll let him rake somemore. LOL
