I saw this guy hanging out with the Canadian Geese and the ducks in my area, North Chesterfield Virginia, outside of Richmond. He looks familiar, but I can't find a match. Any help would be appreciated.

I think it's just a double-crested cormorant. It seems to have a short neck and big head... maybe it's a juvenile getting its adult plumage and hasn't gotten lanky yet : )
