Today I went and open the plastic clear cover the baby brugs and just found two small brugs (Junter Orange and Jesse Noel) had small tiny buds on it. OH I can't wait!!! It will be my frist time to see bloom since I got those cutting... Note: The weather here is in 61's now and going t be in 70's today.. What a weird weather over here Lousiana. Few days ago it was frost and now it is warmer. That why I open the cover today first time since three days ago.. It was full of humid and moistures in there.. I guess it did help by cover with the plastic clear sheet...

Glad to hear the Brugs are doing so well.
We are having the same super weather....hope it last for a while longer. Right now I'm sitting at the computer with the back door open and I can see and hear the waterfall on my pond....lovely.
Hey ,I'm in zone 5 and I can still run my waterfall and I actually have confused flowers blooming-boy are they in for a surprize!!The brugs keep askin if they can go out and play!!
We've had extremely warm weather for this time of year (50-60 degrees) the past 4 days thanks to a warm front from the south.The bad thing about it is my Blueberry bushes are starting to bud. That isn't good since it will be back down to the 30's the end of the week. I hope it doesn't damage them so they don't produce berries next year.
50's and 60's here in Iowa. Dandelion seed heads showing up in places. I think everything is confussed and will soon be in shock. I have a brug in the garage that I put into dormancy some time ago and now it even has buds on it. I haven't been out there for a couple of weeks, plus.....so by now they may have opened up. Anyway, this is starting out to be a strange weather pattern for winter. Just as long as we don't get the tons of snow and ice like last year. You know, zone 4-5 people, we will be out and planting in the vegie gardens in about 3-1/2 to 4 months. Doesn't that just make you smile? The longer the weather stays nice, the quicker spring will arrive....S
I was thinking the same thing brugie! It's been like spring here the last few days.....
Today it's going to be in 70's.. My children went to school in their shorts this morning. Yesterday it feel so good and it was warmer, opened all windows and let the fresh air through. Also yesterday was the first day I saw a chickadee bird. Everybody wore shorts and barefoot.. Even my few Zinnias still blooming.. I guess they all confused by the weather change!
