Does pure Neem Oil kill the Plum Curculio?

Greetings. I'm new here, and I posted this question over at the Dave's Question forum, but maybe this forum is more appropriate.

Does anyone here have experience with using pure, cold pressed Neem Oil (not "Neem Extract") against the Plum Curculio? Thanks.
