DIY Hoop Greenhouse as Inexpensive Pool Enclosure?

Saw the DIY hoop greenhouse for less than $300 and was thinking this would be an easy and inexpensive pool enclosure to get 4-season swimming in northern Minnesota (Zone 3). The pool would be a small in-ground or endless pool with in-ground installation. Would a pool heater be enough to keep the water liquid, or would I also need greenhouse heaters? Would I need an extra greenhouse cover or two for insulation? Would the greenhouse hold up to -45F, winter winds, ice, and blizzards? The cover would be taken off during the summer.

My uninformed opinion is no. Hoop greenhouses are very vulnerable to wind damage and ice and snow load damage. Less than $300 to enclose a pool in Minnesota, not likely.

nice idea though, but yeah, we don't see a whole lot of snow in Texas and I can't keep the stock tank in my greenhouse warm even with a solar pool cover wrapped around it.
